With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups looking for an unforgettable Rocky Point stay.
MASTER BEDROOM – Wake up to incredible water views in this spacious suite, featuring a king bed, sliding glass door to the patio, and a convenient kitchenette. The en-suite bathroom includes both indoor and outdoor showers — perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
SECOND & THIRD BEDROOMS – The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom accessible from the hallway, ideal for couples or additional guests. The third bedroom features a king bed with its own private en-suite bathroom for extra privacy.
FOURTH BEDROOM – Designed with families in mind, this room includes two sets of bunk beds — one with twin beds and one with queen beds — perfect for groups of all ages.
LIVING ROOM – The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and stunning Sea of Cortez views through large windows along the southern wall.
GAME ROOM – A favorite for guests of all ages, featuring a large flat-screen TV, a vintage Pacman arcade machine, a foosball table, and a wet bar with reverse-osmosis filtered water and an ice machine.
KITCHEN – Fully stocked and ready for any culinary need, including an air fryer, blender, dishwasher, and its own reverse-osmosis water system.
OUTDOOR AREA – A spacious beachfront deck runs along the side of the house with a direct path to the sand and sea. The palapa-covered bar and seating area is perfect for morning coffee, sunset views, or evening drinks.
PET-FRIENDLY – This home welcomes pets for a $75 fee per pet; please let us know in advance if you're bringing a furry companion.

Cancellations: Cancellations made thirty (30) or more days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged $50.00 or 20%, of the Booking Deposit whichever is more; for cancellations made twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to scheduled arrival, the Booking Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.

"Very Nice Home
Casa Barry Happy was great! The home was remodeled with very comfortable finishes, plenty of room for all 12 of us, very clean, beach was great! All in all an awesome experience. We would stay here again. One thing we didn't love about the home is the amount of stairs to get to the beach 62 to be exact. We are a young healthy family so it wasn't that big of a deal. But if you are older or have mobility issues it might not be for you."

"All the comforts of home
Great house with all the comforts of home. Kitchen well stocked ACs worked great, plenty of space, house was clean upon arrival. Would absolutely stay here again. Only real negative is the house is elevated from the beach with 65 steps plus landings to get back and forth. We did have a group of people that were staying in the house behind us without beach access so they would continually step over our wall to use our stairs. The managers were available with questions on the oven, they did send a yard man over without informing us first which was a little concerning to see the gate open when we returned from lunch without warning but otherwise no issues. "

Casa Barry Happy is amazing! This house is spacious, beautifully appointed, and its beachfront location is perfect. The master suite is huge with its own small kitchenette, and an option for an indoor or outdoor shower! The game room has a wet bar, an ice maker, a big sectional sofa, and games galore. The bedrooms have tv's with satellite service, the driveway is gated, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. I've rented so many houses in Las Conchas through the years, and this one is at the top of the list. Oceano was fabulous to work with, as always. "

"Perfect serene beach house
This beach house is beautifull and comfortable. There was plenty of room for us and 2 dogs. The beach is clean and hardly no one in it. We kayaked and paddle boarded with dolphins every morning. Will definitely be back. The house and furniture are clean and very comfortable. Everything you need is there. "
