MASTER BEDROOM: Includes a king bed, ocean views, a sliding glass door to the patio, and a kitchenette. The en suite bathroom is spacious and features both indoor and outdoor showers. SECOND BEDROOM: Offers a queen bed and a Jack and Jill style bathroom with access to the hallway. THIRD BEDROOM: Includes a king bed and its own en suite bathroom. FOURTH BEDROOM: Has two sets of bunk beds—one with single beds and one with queen beds—ideal for families or groups. LIVING ROOM: The open living area provides stunning views of the Sea of Cortez through large windows covering the southern wall. GAME ROOM: Features a large flat-screen TV, Pacman arcade machine, foosball table, and a wet bar with reverse-osmosis filtered water and an ice machine. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with spices, an air fryer, blender, dishwasher, and its own reverse-osmosis water system. OUTDOOR AREA: The expansive deck runs along the side of the house with a direct path to the beach. The palapa-covered bar and seating area on the porch offer the perfect space to relax while enjoying the Sea of Cortez. PET POLICY: This home is pet friendly. A $75 pet fee per pet applies. If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.

Would absolutely stay here again. Only real negative is the house is elevated from the beach with 65 steps plus landings to get back and forth. We did have a group of people that were staying in the house behind us without beach access so they would continually step over our wall to use our stairs. The managers were available with questions on the oven, they did send a yard man over without informing us first which was a little concerning to see the gate open when we returned from lunch without warning but otherwise no issues. The master suite is huge with its own small kitchenette, and an option for an indoor or outdoor shower! The game room has a wet bar, an ice maker, a big sectional sofa, and games galore. The bedrooms have tv's with satellite service, the driveway is gated, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. I've rented so many houses in Las Conchas through the years, and this one is at the top of the list. Oceano was fabulous to work with, as always.
