Reservation cancellation policies: In the event of cancellation of any stay during any dates, customers may receive a full credit on money paid towards a stay in the same property reserved. The guest will have one year from the scheduled arrival date to use the credit towards a stay in the same property at the then applicable rates and availability. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the guests' arrival date, HRG will keep all funds paid and the guest will not be allowed to reschedule the reservation. Under certain circumstances, HRG may decide to credit the guest all or part of the money paid towards a future reservation.

"Wonderful and cozy; always a great family retreat!!
It’s the first time we rent “Casa Mainline”. We normally stay at “Casa Magnifica” and we absolutely love that house. However, we loved “Casa Mainline”; the house is cozier, it has everything one needs and it’s perfect for a family vacation. As usual, Nancy (HRG), Kenia Salas (chef) and her team were outstanding. We will definitely rent the house in the near future.
Negative points: dish washing machine - one of them - wasn’t working, the washing machine had a broken knob (you could only chose “quick wash”), lack of kitchen utensils and noisy air conditioner in the upper master bedroom. However, these things can all be fixed; we will definitely be back again. Thanks, AR"
