This complex is located in a cul-de-sac which allows for a peaceful atmosphere to enjoy on your vacation. A newly remodeled interior offers a cozy living area to relax with the family and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor and offer plenty of space to spread out. Take the time to savory the Island time and sip your morning cup of coffee on one of the private balconies while watching the calm water. Only a short walk to the communal pool that offers a large deck to spend time with the family. Book now before you regret it!

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-NOT PET FRIENDLY.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Good place to stay
Place was very very clean upon arrival and looked beautiful. Had a great time with my family and friends if there was anything I could change I belive there needs to be some added condiments or left over salt pepper and coffe filter there was absolutely nothing in that department. And could possibly use a few more towels and wash rags and maybe some rugs for the shower.
Other than it needing more home essentials so we didn’t have to spend pointless money on those items it was a very great place to stay."

"Nice little getaway
Once in the rental had a musty smell, they sent a company over and had it taken care of while we were at supper. The place had what we needed but not many “extras” which is described in the ad so it wasn’t a surprise. The view is great and right on the water. Customer service was great! Key code could be a little shorter especially when kids are coming and going"
