Amenities include WIFI, cable TV and a washer and dryer. Four Points Suite is conveniently located in a colonial style building in the village of Rock Sound. It’s a short walk from The Market Supermarket, a fully stocked grocery store, Sturrups Liquor Store, and other retail businesses. Rock Sound offers dining at Frigates Bar and Grill, Sammy's Place, a local native favorite, and Wild Orchid Waterfront Restaurant.

Cancellation of or changes to your reservation must be made in writing (e-mail or fax is acceptable). If you cancel more than 90 days before your scheduled arrival, 20% of the total rental amount will retained by Homeowner and the balance refunded to you. If you cancel 90 days or less before your arrival, 100% of your total rental fee will be retained by Homeowner. No-shows, late arrivals, or early departure for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather or illness, are non-refundable. Homeowner recommends trip insurance to protect Renter against loss from such events.

The unit itself was super comfortable and is centrally located. The interior was very clean and tidy. What surprised me the most with this apartment unit was the abundance of items available from towels and linens to cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, toilet paper. There was no shortage of anything. The only thing we needed to bring was our own grocery. Even soap and shampoo was provided. I am so appreciative of this. We are so used to having to wash towels and bed linens over in order to have sufficient for the remaining days but that was certainly not the case. I was so satisfied with this aspect of the apartment that I washed all of the towels we used and folded them nearly back into the cupboard before we left. The place is nice and cozy. The only thing I would say that would have made it even more comfortable is to have a television in at least one of the bedrooms. There is only a small television in the living room about 32". Seeing this was the only one available, I thought it could've been a bit bigger. There were also a lot of power outages on the island but they only lasted for about 30 minutes. The longest one was a little over an hour. The owners may want to invest in a generator if only for the spring and summer months because the unit gets hot rather quickly when the power goes out. Another suggestion would be to perhaps tint the front and side doors so that the unit doesn't heat up during the day. It puts a lot of pressure on the a/c unit when it has to compete with the outside heat. Finally, Melanie was superb. She answered all of my questions quickly via email and i truly appreciated that. Lighthouse beach was our favorite and we went there many times. Four Pointes Suite was very comfortable and met all of our needs. It was so convenient to be right next to the Marketplace. Our boys did a lot of fishing off the piers in Rock Sound, Tarpum Bay, and Governor’s Harbour with lots of advice from the locals. We were so glad to have rented the Jeep from Tyrone Knowles!
