The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, with one on the first floor for guests that prefer not to use stairs. The remaining bedrooms on the second floor. The covered terrace on the third floor has 360 degree ocean and mountain views so you can check the waves to view the area birds.

In Hermosa, there is a varyity of bars and restaurants from Traditional, Sushi, Pizza and more. There is an Italian restaurant just a couple of minutes walk south from the house. For more variety, just 4 miles north (or 7-9 minute ride) to the bustling beach town of Jaco, which has a very wide variety of restaurants (gourmet/luxury to budget), shops, bars, has it All!
For those who do not want to go out, there are large grocery stores or we can arrange an in home chefs to cater one or all your meals.
Golf and sport fishing are 20 minutes away, at the Los Suenos Resort and Marina.
A fun-fact in Hermosa, down the beach road, you will find a biological reserve that protects sea turtles that lay their eggs on the beach from June to October. On a special day, you can see the small turtles hatch and return to the sea. It is a special experience for All.
