Reservation cancellation policies: In the event of cancellation of any stay during any dates, customers may receive a full credit on money paid towards a stay in the same property reserved. The guest will have one year from the scheduled arrival date to use the credit towards a stay in the same property at the then applicable rates and availability. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the guests' arrival date, HRG will keep all funds paid and the guest will not be allowed to reschedule the reservation. Under certain circumstances, HRG may decide to credit the guest all or part of the money paid towards a future reservation.

"AMAZING CONDO IN LOS SUENOS!!!!!
The condo was absolutely awesome! It was gorgeous - VERY large 3 bedroom condo with 3 full bathrooms! The rooms were spacious and the furniture was very nice. The bathrooms were great and we had everything we needed! The management company does a great job keeping the condo very well maintained. The pictures were exactly as expected. The outside patio was great! The view was amazing! Nancy was an AMAZING concierge. She was always very response before the trip and was VERY responsive during the trip. Nancy stocked our kitchen as requested before our arrival and arranged for golf carts to be delivered to our unit before arrival. She also offered us an array of activities This was an AMAZING stay and we will definitely be back!!!!"
