Cancellation of or changes to your reservation must be made in writing (e-mail or fax is acceptable). If you cancel more than 90 days before your scheduled arrival, 20% of the total rental amount will retained by Homeowner and the balance refunded to you. If you cancel 90 days or less before your arrival, 100% of your total rental fee will be retained by Homeowner. No-shows, late arrivals, or early departure for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather or illness, are non-refundable. Homeowner recommends trip insurance to protect Renter against loss from such events.

"Amazing beach and location We had a great stay at palmetto sunrise and loved the location and the house- basically right on the Beach! the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the lack of supplies - no dish soap, dish brush, laundry detergent, batteries, stocked TP...we found the guide book with all info we would have needed about beaches etc in a bottom drawer in the living room on our last day. It just would have been nice if someone had checked these things out before we arrived. Property managers were very nice and helpful with everything else. Unbeknownst to me, the house I picked was dated and in serious need of repairs. Kristin notified me of this a couple weeks before my arrival and gave me the option to change or get a reduction in rent and if I took the latter, she would work with the people on location to fix what needed to be fixed.
