If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.

The staff was rude and unprofessional when it was brought to their attention that my elderly mother and pregnant sister found the upstairs full-size beds extremely hard and uncomfortable. They initially expressed that they would work on it, but after waiting three hours with no update, I had to reach back out to the Oceano Rentals office myself. At that point, I was simply told, “Well, we don’t relocate you.”
Not only was there a complete lack of empathy or resolution, but it also felt as though our concerns had been swept under the rug. Additionally, the bed had unknown dirt or particles on it and did not appear clean. There was no hand towel in the downstairs bathroom, and the stove did not work.
I understand that issues can happen at any property, but what truly made this experience disappointing was the way it was handled. Had Javier or Edwin shown compassion and understanding instead of responding with an attitude, the outcome may have been very different. Instead, my family and I were made to feel like we were a burden for simply bringing legitimate concerns to their attention.
Customer service and empathy go a long way, especially when guests are traveling with elderly and pregnant family members. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not rent with Oceano Rentals again."

"Beautiful Villa with a Peaceful Atmosphere
We had a wonderful stay at Villa #16 over the weekend! The villa was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It had everything my friend and I needed for a relaxing getaway, and the atmosphere was peaceful and inviting.
The property was well cared for, and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall experience was stress-free from start to finish.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Villa #16 to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. We look forward to coming back in the future!

"24 Year Anniversary we are blessed!
We have been coming to Playa Encanto for many years and discovered how great Paradise Villas are with front row to the beach, a pool, air conditioning, plenty of room for guests. A busy day for us is coffee and watch the ocean walk on the beach waiting for for dolphins and then repeat!"

The unit was perfect. It had all amenities as described. It’s right got in the beach, and also has a pool. The downstairs bathroom was convenient. The unit was very clean upon our arrival. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a nice peaceful stay on Encanto beach. We will be back. "

lovely home. No instructions for the fireplace so didn't use altho would have liked to-also they were jackhammering the patio behind the home for a couple of days but not all day. Steps nearby were blocked off due to this construction."

"Just lovely
Location to the water is great, a little far from town but doable. Not a rock anywhere to be found making it nice in the feet. It was unseasonably warm for our trip but the house was cool with minispkits in each room. Master bed was great, could use better living room and outdoor seating. Not sure if you are expected to bring your own drinking water but check before you go. I had asked at check in and they said there would be water, when we got there there was none, someone did drop some off after we called but no dispenser. The house was very clean upon arrival, and the grounds were kept up daily. "

"Great Family Getaway
The location of this villa is ideal, as it's off the beaten path from the downtown area and right on the beach. We loved the ease of walking just a few steps to get to the water, plus the view from the patios were amazing! The beach itself was great - clean and quiet; in fact, most of the time we were the only ones there! The interior is adequate. It had all of the essentials, and beds were comfortable. If I had to pick one area to improve, it would be that some of the amenities could use some updating, as it would make the place feel a bit more like a vacation, but considering the price and location, overall it was a great place to stay for our family of four!"

"Nice week to get away
Overall unit was great, but here are a few things to consider if you are staying longer than 3 nights. The oven was not working, but all of the top stoves worked fine. Soap and shampoo will last maybe 3 days for two people, but I would pack extra for showers, etc. towels are also few and are good for about 3 days. There are no beach towels so pack them. Outdoor chairs and a grill are available. Seemed like everyone shares all of them with other units and put them away at night. Check in and out was easy and the staff was very friendly and deserve to get paid more. Access to stores, etc. is limited due to being about 10 miles from town, but no big deal. Thanks for allowing us to stay. We will be back and hope this helps people planning their trip."

"Wonderful villa for my family
This villa right on the beach was perfect for a low-key family vacation. We could go back and forth between the beach and the pool. Then we could come back to the villa and enjoy the AC and a shower to rinse off all of the sand. The villa was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were in good condition. I would highly recommend!"
