This property includes basic cookware/utensils, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and full-size refrigerator. Mt. Baker Lodging will provide 3 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink and shower, and 2 rolls of paper towels in the kitchen. We will provide 1 set of towels per guest. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside.

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year- round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

Depending on the season, nightly rates range from $308.00 to $682.00. In addition, there is a one-time non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $81.00 and a $22 Administration Fee.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required. The entire balance is due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests’ scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to their credit card.
