Very cute lakefront cottage. This little gem is just the getaway everyone needs. The cottage is located on the Barbee Chain of Lakes and is on one of the no wake lakes for a nice relaxing time. If you choose to go water skiing/tubing etc. boat over to Big Barbee Lake the all sports lake within the chain. After a day of fun in the sun, cruise over to one of the three restaurants on the chain. This rental includes the use of paddleboards. Also, available for rent: pontoon and golf cart for additional charges.

AC, heat, kitchen fully supplied, towels, bedding, TV. Washer and dryer. Outdoor fire pit for fires. Nice deck overlooking the lake with paddle boards.

Enjoy a boat/golf cart ride to Lake Life(Epic outdoor bar) or Barbee Hotel( 5 star dining) or Danny's Sports Bar. Tippy Creek Winery is approximately a 7 minute drive away. Quick trip to the Oswego Mini Mart where you can grab forgotten essentials or breakfast/lunch. Close to the towns of North Webster and Syracuse. Approximately 20 minutes to Winona Lake and Warsaw. This home is where memories are made!

Daily rate is $349.00 with a 3 day minimum, $2200 weekly (May 1- Oct. 1)
Pontoon rental $400 for 3 days or less, $700 for 4 - 8 days ($1000 damage deposit)
Golf cart rental $70 per day ($500 damage deposit)
Use of grill will add an additional $20 cleaning fee
* Holiday weekends will be a higher rental rate
Labor Day Weekend rate $399 Sept.3-5 per night.
Oct.1-April 30th rate is $279 nightly
$100 cleaning fee
