This beautiful modern lakehouse sleeps 19 ... see last paragraph for plans to add more ... with 12' vaulted ceilings in the open great room floor plan and wall of windows to the waterfront with newer laminate floors. 3000 sq ft of living space includes 3 Master suites with adjoining, private full baths ... including one on the main level (no steps!). 5 bedrooms total with 4-1/2 baths, updated and fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and counter bar seating for 3 plus a huge marble top dining table seats 12. 1500 sq ft of decks include the favorite side entry covered deck off the great room ideal for grilling, picnics, and hanging out along with the trex full width of the house decking on two levels and a 2nd gas grill.

Lower level has 2nd kitchen w/ granite counters, full sized refrigerator, microwave (no 2nd oven-range, fyi) and sink as well as open rec room with television, 2 leather futons add 4 bonus sleeping spaces and a ping pong table. Two bunkrooms (ideal for guys in one, girls in the other) and a full bathroom plus laundry room complete a dream basement space with full wall of lakeside windows letting in natural light. Deck on this level wraps around to the covered area under the upper porch with private hot tub for 4-5 to enjoy. Hot tub is completely drained, cleaned and refilled between each rental.

There are just two sets of stairs with less than 40 steps and a short concrete path to the lake and dock with covered slip and sunning / swim area in the quiet, no-wake cove behind Flat Hollow Marina. Dock Holiday Resort offers ideal entertaining space indoors and out, great parking for 4-5 vehicles, unlimited high speed Wi-Fi and Direct TV, plus just a short walk or drive - less than half a mile by land or boat - to the full service marina with restaurant / bar (carry out available), groceries and marina supplies as well as gas.

New management and new owners Nov 2021 have big plans for sharpening up the gravel landing area, building a new firepit, adding free kayaks, new decor, and creating an extra sleeping space in the black bunkroom and adding a double bunk in one of the upstairs master ... will sleep 22 total, with 18 in beds and 2 futons by summer season in 2022.

Friday (3pm) to Friday (10am) full week bookings for the month of June; Sunday (3 pm) to Sunday (10 am) full week rentals for the month of August - though a few odd # of summer days remain open from prior management. Minimum age for primary renter is 26. Split Firewood is available for delivery to the front door thru a local supplier or at the property with advance purchase arrangements (subject to availability and no TVA- posted ban on burning).

Bring your own boats and jet skis, rent from the marina, or you can rent ours and have it delivered right to the dock. We have a 21' Crownline open bow ski boat (seats 7), 25' brand new Avalon tritoon (seats 16), and 3 Yamaha and Sea Doo jet skis (all three-seaters) available for rent in season, along with life jackets available (subject to checking sizes in advance) and lake toys. Restrictions on minimum days rented w/o a delivery fee do apply. Operating instructions, safety training manual, and check-in / check-out in person with the dock guy are mandatory - minimum age 26 for renting. Parking in front of the cabin, with overflow parking 1/4 mile away in Parking Lot C near the marina, or leave some cars at the management office in La Follette and carpool out to the lake.
