Guests trusting ABOVE for their luxury travel learn that the unexpected is our standard. Most of our estates are the homeowner’s primary residences- contrary to an industry filled of those contrived, and sparsely appointed investment rental properties.
Just steps away from miles and miles of pristine Texas Hill Country, the Preserve is the perfect getaway. Upon entering the home, you will immediately be drawn to the gorgeously decorated foyer and living room, through double doors, to the backyard pool. T
The primary bedroom is located downstairs and has large windows that view wide open spaces without cutting into your privacy. Doors open to the outdoor area where you can take a swim, enjoy a game of water basketball or just relax in the hot tub. Enjoy your favorite movie on the outdoor TV, play a game of washers or grill up some burgers. Afterwards, enjoy the view or hop on to the trail that comes right up to the house. The spacious game room offers a ping pong table, a pool table and an assortment of board games for group fun. Pop in to the bunk room for a movie – a perfect spot for a slumber party with four bunk beds. Another four bedrooms surround the game room, making the Preserve a great spot for a large family gathering. Regularly set for 13 guests, but can accommodate 14, with the addition of a Frontgate bed dressed with foam toppers and our standard luxury bedding.
All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

At check-in, you will be introduced to your personal House Manager, who is carefully selected and trained in the art of service. Our House Managers visit daily, and are available 24/7 in the hope to exceed anything you had expected.

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs, the parties agree that it would be difficult to determine actual damages and due to the uniqueness of the property, it would be unlikely to resell the Property in the event of a cancellation. Therefore, Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the agrees that the following cancellation fee schedule applies to any Guest cancellation following Reservation Confirmation:
Reservation Confirmation to 45 days prior to Check-in, 30% of the Total Revenue minus Security Deposit.
Within 45 days of Check-in, 100% of the Total Revenue minus Security Deposit.
