Enjoy the privacy and seclusion in the one of the many coves of Old Hickory Lake. The home has a large back patio and yard that comes complete with loungers, a grill, and easy access and flow to the indoor pool! Also, you will love the walk down to the boat dock so that you to take in the beautiful sunsets while you fish! A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 12 people with existing beds, however, twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers can be requested. (Available upon request) Boat slip use is not guaranteed, and must be approved in advance. Fee would apply. Boat dimensions will be needed. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. Reservation Confirmation to 45 days prior to Check-in, 30% of the Total Revenue minus Security Deposit.
