Take a dip in the pool or relax in the shade under the pavilion. Our 1200 square foot fully furnished condo is conveniently located 1/3 mile from Historic Gruene and Rockin R Tube Rentals. Less than 2 miles to the Comal River Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and 3 miles to downtown New Braunfels. Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay.
This fully furnished 2-bedroom condo is on the 1st floor. There are 2 master suites with king size beds. Both bedrooms have cable, Smart TV and private en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower combo. Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer for convenience. 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided). Comfortable seating in the living room with queen sofa sleeper, cable, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The pool is open from 9 AM - 9 PM.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. 2 vehicles allowed. 2 Dogs allowed under 40lbs, $25 per day per dog. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor are of this complex is monitored by video camera. This rental includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will result in a $50 administrative fee and the return of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment. On monthly reservations the cancellation policy increases to 30 days. We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.

"Wedding Getaway
We stayed in a two bedroom condo, beautifully furnished, king size beds with two full baths - comfortable and functional. We utilized the kitchen and laundry amenities- we had traveled four days prior to staying at Old Mill. The grounds are lovely! Overall, one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed at."

"Lovely, comfortable condo.
Our first floor condo was very clean. It had two bedrooms each with an en-suite and a comfortable king size bed and television. An alarm clock would be a nice addition though. The large open space living room and kitchen had comfortable furniture and a large television. However, the pool area had no furniture that didn’t sit flat on the ground, or any tables with umbrellas to give respite from the sun, making it impossible to use for elderly guests. Unfortunately for us the entire building other than our condo and one other had been rented out for a wedding and every night except one there were at least 20-30 people partying very loudly in the courtyard next to our bedroom wall and sleep was near impossible (fortunately my 92 yr old mother and my 73yr old husband take their hearing aids out at bedtime so they slept fine! Except for those two things our stay was very enjoyable and I would rent again (checking about wedding parties first though)."
