The Surfside complex is made up of 2 bedroom condos surrounding the pool and courtyard, making it the ideal choice for large groups looking to stay close to one another. The Surfside complex is directly across the street from the beach. After a long day of fun in the sun you'll love coming back to the beautiful courtyard with grills, picnic tables, covered sitting areas and a sparkling heated pool! You'll love being within 2 miles of numerous restaurants, shopping destinations and local attractions. Take a 15 minute drive and you'll be sinking your toes in the sand at the Padre Island National Seashore or Mustang Island State Park.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
