Cancellation Policy: Guest will always receive their refundable deposit back, less a cancellation fee -- no matter how far in advance they need to cancel. If rent/fees have been paid, we can refund them entirely, provided the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date. If the cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival, the deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded, but the rent, reservation/processing fee and tax is not refundable unless we are able to re-rent the dates.

Mi experiencia fue muy agradable y vacaciones muy bonitas cerca de la nieve.Algo q no fue de mi agrado fue q cuando llegamos los depositos de la basura estaban llenos y no tenian mas espacios para depositar la basura en mi instancia....Pero fuera de eso esta muy bonito el lugar si lo recomemdaria para pasar unas vacaciones...." Jan 04, 2023 - , Salida, CA "Reasonably priced stay for larger groups My family and my sister's families rented this property and we found the 3 levels to work really well for our group and allowed people to spread out without being on top of each other in the evenings. Location worked well and everything was reasonably clean. One thing worth noting is that the rental is incredibly well-stocked, toiletries under the sinks, wine under the counter in the downstairs bar area, kitchen items and utensils. One small issue was that the dish tv service only worked on one tv, at night it would have been nice for kids to not have to be piled in the central living room where the adults were hanging out. AC would have been great, but the fans worked well enough. Overall, it suited our needs and we would rent the property again." Coffee on the rear deck highly recommended. 4 bedrooms with large comfortable beds one bedroom even had bunk beds too.
