A fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for vacation to cook up a meal with the family. Cozy furnishings in the living area to relax and catch up on TV. Off the living area is a private balcony to enjoy the Texas breeze with a cup of tea. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has bunkbeds for the kids and a guest bathroom just down the hall. After a long day on the beach, come back and splash around in the heated pool or relax poolside in one of the loungers. This complex also offers a gazebo with gas grills to cook out during the sunset! Come enjoy this home away from home on your next visit to the Island.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, a sponge, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
