A garage and room dedicated to fun for the entire family. This fun area has a TV, Basketball Arcade, PacMan, Ping Pong Table, Corn Hole, plenty of board games to choose from and even a full sized futon that doubles as extra sleeping space. But wait, inside this home you are welcomed by soothing seaside decor for you to relax and enjoy your day. Upstairs is an open living room, dining room, half bath, and kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a meal or a pitcher of margaritas. The large custom dining table has seating for 8. The living area has the most comfortable sofa with built in recliners and is the perfect spot to gather for the big game or movie night on the 82 inch TV. The gorgeous master suite is upstairs and features a king size bed, TV, and a luxurious bathroom with a walk in shower. Downstairs are the second and third bedrooms. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third has two twin over full bunk beds, each with their own TVs. Alexa and streaming TVs throughout the house. Grill the days catch on the propane grill on the front porch. Do not forget to enjoy the stunning sunset and views of Copano Bay from the balcony. The community swimming pool is a must, overlooking Copano Bay and a man made beach area that is perfect for the family! Don't forget Rockport Beach, restaurants and shopping nearby.
