This private gated ranch will be all yours with no distractions so you can relax and have a great time with your closest friends and family. This 2 bedroom 2 bath home with an open loft comes equipped with enough sleeping for up to 12 guests! You will immediately fall in love with the abundance of windows pouring in the beautiful outdoor surrounding and views of the sparkling waters of the in-ground swimming pool (please use organic sun screen in the pool to decrease the residue in the pool). Also featuring a stocked catch and release Catfish and Bass pond. Relax and fish the day away, or feed the fish and watch the frenzy. There is a propane grill. Enjoy a relaxing evening around the propane firepit as well! Great room, kitchen and dining room are open concept. The living room has high ceiling and ceiling fans. Kitchen area is large and open with an island. Dining room includes a dining table with seating for 6 and 4 additional bar stools at the Island. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a private bath with claw-foot tub and shower. Second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and an XL full on bottom to accommodate 3 people and is conveniently located next to the guest bath. The open loft/bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. All bedrooms and bathrooms come stocked with high quality linens.

The Cozy Cabin is a 2-bedroom 1 bath home with loft, that sleeps 8 guests. The small master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed and the loft has a queen bed. High ceilings in the living room with smart TV. Off the living room is the kitchen and bathroom. This house has mini splits and window units. There is a hot tub that seats 6 on the back porch.
