CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/NO RESTRICTIONS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

Great location,theu have been working on the place for a while but the condo was very nice a bit bright with the lights hiring theouhht the top window so pretty bright in the living room at night when sleeping. There was a food a drink truck across the street heck ya!!! Pool and hot tub were great."

"Disappointed
This was a nice little apartment, and we had a lovely stay. However, I had several bug bites that took more than two weeks to go down. I still have 1-2 that continue to itch and flare up. The flat was clean and neat at first view. Obviously, they had taken the time to adhere to Covid precautions and other hygiene practices like sealed blankets and extra bedding. The first night I had three bites while sitting in the bathtub. One looked like a spider bite, and the other looked like mosquito bites. On the second morning, I got up with over 17 bites to the exposed areas of my body. After seeking medical advice, I was told they looked like bed bug bites. I did not notice anything obvious, but I definitely got those bites while in the apartment. "

"January and 1 week of February on N Padre Island
Our first visit to N Padre, we will be back for a longer stay in 2024. The complex is in a great location, the stairs to the third floor are a pain.
The condo was clean and in good shape, Rental Management was very helpful the 2 times their help was needed. The bunk bed, top one cannot be used, should be turned back into a closet. Overall we were satisfied.

"Love this little condo!
The condo itself was great! Super cute and clean. However, when we left the power was out (for the block), it was pouring rain and single mom here, packed up everybody's everything. I accidently left some clothes in the wardrobe in the master bedroom. I called to see if I could pay to have it shipped to me. Completely my fault, I get it, and they aren't responsible for my things. But I was told yes, however they called back to tell me that mine and my son's hanging clothes had "accidently" been thrown away. Total BS, whoever was cleaning is now enjoying some super cute tops and their kid is wearing brand new Under Armer gear. :("

"Honeymoon Stay!
Such a cute and cozy place! It was the perfect space for a couple and a cute dog. The place had everything you would need as far as dishware and appliances, so convenient. The best part was how close the beach was to our apartment, just a short walk or even shorter drive. Everything was amazing and we cant wait to come back! "

"Not great
I was very hesitant to stay here because of all the bad reviews. But this particular unit didn’t have any reviews (which could’ve been a good or bad thing). But my husband decided to go ahead and stay here because it had a decent gym (from what pics showed). That was really the only reason we booked here. Right before our day of departure we got an email stating that gym was closed until further notice. We were so upset. After speaking with reception on the phone and informed there were no other options, we had no choice but to just stay and find a local gym. We arrived at 4pm check in time. But it wasn’t ready. We had to wait 45 min for check in. With 2 kids and after a road trip. It felt like forever. We walked up 3 flights of filthy carpet stairs and gross hallway to our condo. The condo itself was ok. Very dated and VERY HOT!!!! It felt like I was still standing outside. So gross. There was also no where to put our stuff away. The next morning we woke up and tried to use the restroom. No water! Apparently I got an email stating there would be no water for a couple of hours. So annoying! We all had to go find somewhere nearby to use the restroom and brush our teeth. Again, so gross. The following morning they called me that an AC person was going to come by to look at the AC. By that time the condo had cooled down. But we jumped out of bed and started rushing the kids to get up. Pure chaos lol but then we got a text that he changed his mind. Again, so annoying. The next morning our power went out and the condo immediately started getting hot. Wasn’t long, but again, annoying.
The only good thing with this place, was how close to beach it was and the beds were comfortable. Love going thru Padre Escapes, but we won’t be booking Beach Club Condos again. Very disappointed to waste our money here. "

"Review
Decent condo, too small for my family of 4 though. The stairs were brutal, especially when we were carrying our luggage up and down. The condo didn’t have anywhere for us to store our clothes, so we had suitcases laid out in the living room. It would have been nice to have a closet and dresser. We had problems with the sinks and tub draining, but put in a maintenance call and they got it fixed quickly. Overall, Padre Escapes was a great to rent from. I wouldn’t book this particular condo again, only because of the lack of space."
