Be sure to bring your beach gear! You can easily load up the car in the garage and the beach is only a short drive away. After a short flight of steps, you enter on the second floor. You can then head down the steps to the first floor, where the third bedroom includes a private bathroom and a private patio with gate access to the pool. Going back up to the second floor will be the open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The dining and kitchen area is fully equipped with updated appliances, ample storage and everything you need at your fingertips. The living area has large windows, a sleeper sofa and a private balcony that over looks the pool. The third floor includes two master suites with private bathrooms, walk in closets and the washer and dryer. The first master suite on the right includes a private balcony that over looks the pool. CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, a sponge, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A three-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO/NO RESTRICTIONS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
