The beautiful views of the lake and mountains from the rear decks and easy 100 steps to the private dock will amaze you. You can tie your boat(s) to two sides (not covered). There is a covered dock, which the owner is currently using; guests will have access to it beginning May until October, plus one side (not covered). The large party pad on the dock has a picnic table and canopy to layout or cool off in the shade. Either way, you are right there, on the crystal clear waters of Norris Lake, ready to boat, float, fish, and enjoy the views! Tired, hot, or hungry - go back and forth to the house and its deck (and the A/C too), as you wish!

Unlike some houses in Norris, Heartland House is accessible to get to and near the amenities you want. It's 5 minutes to a marina, less than 15 minutes to shopping (Walmart, Ingles grocery, dining, fast food), and less than 10 minutes by boat or car to the famous Bubba Brews waterfront bar grill, and marina. If you haven't been on this side of the lake, you need to! It's
not crowded, and, from the north, it's an easy drive from the Corbin exit on I-75 via US25, which is four lanes to the area. The beautiful Cumberland Gap National Park area is only Thirty minutes away, and Woodlake Golf Course is in the area too! This gorgeous rental is at Mile Marker 28, and Black Fox Jumping Bridge is at mile 29. The cabin is adjacent to Cedar Grove Marina. Other nearby marinas include Straight Creek Marina and Beach Island Resort and Marina.

The house has three bedrooms (1 main floor, two upstairs, and a lower-level private room with a queen plus two bunk beds (one full under twin). This house is set up for generational families to gather and enjoy each other's company. The main floor master has a king bed; the master is perfect for sleeping a set of parents with their younger children. The upstairs has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The lower level has a queen bed, two bunks, and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer.

The kitchen is impressive. All stainless steel appliances with french door refrigerator. Gas 5 eye range, dishwasher, and microwave. Standard coffee pot as well as a Kuerig "Bring your own K cups" The kitchen table will seat 8, and the outdoor dining table will seat six, and the island 3. The fridge has an ice maker, and there is also an additional commercial ice machine in the garage with bags to load up for the boat and head out on the lake.
