4 parking spaces,with its own private salted pool and a Jacuzzi with fire pit,barbecue area and covered patio dining area beautiful landscaping,this oasis will sure capture your heart.Open concept living, dining and kitchen areas, with a breakfast island. Living room has a 75”smart TV, huge lounge sofas for relaxing, fireplace. The kitchen appliances include refrigerator with ice-maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker. The entire home has been newly remodeled with luxurious touches and eye-pleasing wall décor. Outside, among the beautifully-landscaped back yard, relish the relaxing private jacuzzi waterfalling into your own salt-water pool.



POOL:
All pool heating arrangements must be made and paid for in advance, as most pools require 12 hours to heat and will be started prior to your arrival. There will be a charge of $150 per day for pool heating. If you have made these arrangements in advance, the pool temperature will be set at 85 degree. Jacuzzi temperature is controlled from an off-site location . Contact the host for jacuzzi temperature change.
Pool and jacuzzi lights and jacuzzi jets are set on a timer and will be turned off at 11 p.m. unless prior arrangements are made with the host.

***ALL CHILDREN AGES 0-16 MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT DURING POOL USE, AND AROUND POOL OR LAKE AREA***.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
Upon booking the reservation, a security deposit of $2500 will be charged onto the credit card.
Damage to the property, items in and/or around the premises and or furnishings will result in deductions from the deposit. *Excess cleaning required will result in deductions from the deposit.

BELONGINGS:
We are not responsible for any belongings left behind after departure. Please make sure to check for all belongings before check out.


WEATHER CONDITIONS:
We are located in the desert . Guests are responsible for checking driving and weather forecasts in preparation for desert conditions at various times of the year, including, but not limited to fog, wind ,rain ,sandstorm, ect. We do not refund due to weather conditions, rolling blackout, air conditioning issues due to extreme temperature, road closures, drivers abilities, or vehicle limitations

NO PET(S) Policy:
NO PETS ALLOWED. Please inform any guest(s) visiting you at this property or staying with you. A refund for your stay will not be issued and any deposit will not be refunded. There will be a fine of $500 if a pet is seen on the premise.

LAKE:
No person shall be in the lake at any time. The lake may be used by the homeowner ONLY. No renters/guests are allowed to use any water craft in the lake. Any renters/guests observed in the lake or using the lake will be asked to leave the area and automatically be evicted and no refund will be issued.
***USAGE OF BOATS AND KAYAKS ARE NOT PERMITTED***
Violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction and a fine of $2000.
•Catch and release fishing is permitted in the lake.


•NO DRUGS ALLOWED IN THE PREMISES •
Failure to follow this will result in an immediate eviction without prior notice and forfeiture of all prepaid rent and deposits.

*No smoking is allowed inside the house, there will be a $500 charge for smoking inside.
*Extra $75 will be charged each additional guest after 8 number of guests must be disclosed as gated community keeps track of ever guest that comes into each residence

*NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ON THE STREET
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARKING VIOLATION OF $150 EACH CAR

*Additional $500 cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left extremely dirty or any pet hair is found .

During the following festivals (Coachella, Stagecoach, Desert Trip) if property is left very dirty, an additional $1000 cleaning fee will apply.


NO COMMERCIAL CARS ARE ALLOWED (VAN, TRUCK WITHOUT SIDE WINDOWS OR ANY COMPANY NAME WRITING ON THE CARS)

*PORTABLE SPEAKERS OF ANY SIZE ARE NOT ALLOWED*

FOR BABIES:
Upon request we can provide high chair and portable playpen.
