This sundrenched renovated beach cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that sleep 7 and is CAC and generator-ready. It features an eat-in kitchen and a living room with access to the sun porch. It also has a pull-down attic, a basement with a shower, and additional laundry. There is also a private backyard where you can have outdoor dining. The maintenance-free exteriors offer you peace of mind to enjoy the beach!
Surrounded by the best North Fork beaches, renowned restaurants, farm stands, marinas, boating, award-winning vineyards, and great shopping. This is the only home that has a 2-car garage in the Peconic Shores! Take advantage of the kayaks, and paddle boards, to fully immerse in the beach experience.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. "7 day family escape from Brooklyn
We are a family of 5 adults and a dog. My wife and I came from overseas to visit our 2 sons +1 partner who live in Brooklyn. We were looking for a 7 day getaway from the city and this place was perfect. Quiet, secluded and on a great beach for swimming and walking the dog. Amazing vineyards, cafes and restaurants all a short drive away. House was well stocked and worked well for 5 people. "
