"OK River Stay
Feedback: I had an issue with a resident as soon as I pulled in and she was extremely hostile toward me and watched me the whole time I unloaded my kids and our belongings. Then proceeded to try and ask my kids questions that should not be asked without an adult present on the back porch once we were inside and she followed them out back.
Next thing, the beds were so LOUD. The headboard slammed the wall anytime you would move and the mattress was like sleeping on squeaky springs. Anytime you'd move it woke the other person. The bunk "bed" was nothing more than an egg crate foam with sheets on top of it. My daughter was so uncomfortable I had to put the roll away mattress up there too so it was even remotely comfortable and again it was so loud! The loose plastic covering woke her up so much.
Third, the mold and bugs. The shower/bath was covered in mold. The soap dispenser was ripped off the wall with more mold underneath. There was bugs and cobwebs all over the apartment and it did not look clean.
Lastly, the WiFi password given did not work. I messaged the owner and received no response.
This would be a great location if the property was taken better care of and cleaned properly. "

"Interesting Stay
Overall we had a good stay. Parking at the Condo was gated which was great. Overall the Condo was good, it needed a little TLC in the bathroom and furniture. The back patio was not like it was pictured, the furniture was really dirty and plenty of stray cats. We planned to have grandkids over and they could us the pool, but on the day of checkin we were notified of NO daytime guessed, this really put a damper to our stay. I understand this is a Condo Community and they had several nights of Pool Parties and we could not use the pool. "

"Small, cute condo on river
Older property in an older neighborhood. A little sketchy, and was grateful for the gate to the property. The location was central and good. We arrived at night, and it took a minute to find our unit, as the addresses were a little hard to see in the dark. The unit itself was clean, but very small. There was a closet to hang your clothes (3 hangers), but really nowhere to lay out a suitcase. The property is right next to the train tracks, and the trains run all night at various times. Bring earplugs if this will keep you up! And, there were blinds but no window coverings in the bedroom, so the bedroom was never dark. Wish I would’ve brought a sleep mask. Communicaiton with property management was excellent."

"CONDO
THE PERSON MOVES FURNITURE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT FROM 10PM TO 12 PM YOU HEAR IT DRAGGING ON THE FLOOR THE AC DID NOT WORK BUT MAINTENANCE DID TAKE CARE OF THE LOW FREON BUT DID NOT REPLACE THE AIR FILTER IT WAS MISSING WHEN WE CAME BACK.THE FRONT BED ROOM SMELLED LIKE SOME ONE SMOKED IT THERE IT WAS A GOOD LOCATION AND NO OTHER PROBLEMS "

"Unsatisfactory
I’m so sorry to leave a negative review. The smoke smell from the next door neighbors was unbearable. Our clothes and belongings had a strong smoke smell even after we got home. The worst part is that we noticed that both my husband and I have flea bites upon returning home. We were so thankful that we did NOT take our Yorkie to this pet friendly place! We do believe the fleas were on the back porch, as three stray cats live around there and tried to visit as we ate on the porch. We also saw 2 live **** roaches in the living room while watching tv. There were 3 dirty coffee cups put back in the kitchen cabinet.
I cleaned off the back porch upon arrival, but there is a pet urine stain near the back door on the back porch; this could be from the dog above peeing down the wall.
We most likely would choose an air bnb with no adjoining neighbors and no pets next time. "

Considering a first time rental with an airbnb overall our stay will always be a delightful and greatful stay! This rental is not as large as the pictures present the rental and the surrounding areas, but is perfect for a 2-3 persons stay, and of course 1 dog!) This rental grew on us as a family throughout our stay with love and laughter, thank you to the staff as they were very kind :)"

"Birthday Weekend
It was our first time staying in New Braunfels... we really enjoyed it! The property was great and had everything we needed and more ! We were able to check in without going to the office . "Riverside condo

"Felt like home!
I really enjoyed staying here. Was very relaxing and comfy. Better than staying in a hotel/motel. I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings drinking my tea. There was a doe that visited the area every morning. Checking in and out was very easy. "

"Perfect Location! Excellent Customer Service!
This is a really cute condo in a great location. The private river access and pool were just what we were looking for. The neighbors are quiet, the AC worked like a dream, the condo was clean, and the amenities were great. The only issue we had was the bed. The bed in #4B is incredibly uncomfortable and very loud and there were no curtains in the bedroom to block out the sun in the morning. Curtains and a better bed would make this unit absolute perfection. Checking in and out was super easy, I love that I never had to talk to anyone and had all of the information I needed at my fingertips.
Overall a great stay! The location can't be beat, and the river access makes this a wonderful vacation unit!"

"Quiet Neighborhood
