This standard 2-story, 2-bedroom townhouse-style condo is a great place to stay! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 1-set of standard sized bunk beds and 1-queen sized bed, a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace, plus a small balcony overlooking the well maintained common area grounds. The 2nd floor features a loft master bedroom with 1 queen-sized bed, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly. Condo #57 has basic cookware in the kitchen, along with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There is WIFI and parking for 2 vehicles, and a small balcony.

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

Depending on the season, nightly rates range from $359.00 to $750.00 (includes tax and booking fees). In addition, there is a one-time non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $109.00 and a $22 Administration Fee.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required. The entire balance is due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests’ scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to their credit card.
