Features include 1-queen sized bed, a kitchenette, 1-full bath, a VHS/DVD/monitor, and a telephone with free local calls. This monitored vacation property will sleep up to 2-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). NO HOT TUB/NO PETS/NON-SMOKING/SHARED WI-FI Mountain Adventures/Romantic Getaway PLEASE NOTE: This condo is a monitored family vacation home and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees' actions and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. The Snowline Lodge features a game room downstairs with a ping pong table, pool table, and air hockey. It has a great lounge area with free internet and tv. There is a free laundry facility. Condos are within walking distance to Chair 9 Restaurant and Lounge, a premier ski hangout and family dining destination. The Snowline Lodge is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. **May be closed during Covid restrictions**

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

RATES: Nightly rates include Washington sales and lodging tax, plus a 1-time cleaning fee.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required. The entire balance is due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests’ scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to their credit card.
