This spacious, 3-bedroom, 2-bath, ground-floor condo is a secluded family getaway! Features include a master bedroom with 1 king-sized bed and a private walk-out balcony, 1-full bath with a large soaker tub, a separate combination shower and sauna room, and second bedroom with 1 queen-sized bed, a third bedroom with 2-sets of standard sized bunk beds, another full bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher, a large dining area, a spacious living area with a wood-burning fireplace, (firewood NOT provided) and an additional walk-out balcony with peek-a-boo river views. All this, plus great Snowater amenities, at a great price! This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly. Condo #41 has basic cookware in the kitchen, along with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There is a sauna, WIFI, and parking for 2 vehicles!

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, a ping pong table, and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

Depending on the season, nightly rates range from $427.00 to $864.00 (includes tax and booking fees). In addition, there is a one-time non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $136.00

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required. The entire balance is due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests' scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to their credit card
