CANCELLATIONS.AND CHANGES Reservations may be cancelled or shortened by the guest notifying the Manager in writing from the booking holder at minimum of ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date ("Cancellation Period"). In such instances, any paid charges will be refunded, less a $649.00 administrative cancellation/change/rebooking fee and less any travel insurance fees paid. In the event of an accommodation change as detailed in clause 5 above, all of the terms in this cancellation and change clause still apply. In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges unless you have purchased a Travel Protection policy. If you have purchased a Travel Protection Policy, the travel protection policy premium is non-refundable and any refunds for cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period has expired must be obtained from the travel protection policy provider directly and you are subject to their policies, conditions and restrictions.
