CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A Two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-NOT PET FRIENDLY.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Relaxing Anniversary Escape!
We had a great stay! The condo building is older, but the condo is remodeled, very spacious, clean, and very tastefully decorated! End unit with access gate to pool right outside the entry. Nice pool area. Overall great stay with no issues! Paste Escapes was great & very easy to work with! Thanks for a great stay for our anniversary weekend! "

"Away from home at home!
Location was very convenient with access to our needs. We loved the unit being on the very end on backside right next to docks. We had more than enough space for our stay, residents there were helpful and friendly shared important information on parking and tips to visit places. Loved that we could open curtains and see the pool (even though we didn't use it) as well as look out and see the fish jumping by docks early in mornings. It was neat, clean, decorated beach theme felt at home, kitchen had what i would've needed but who cooks on vacation! Loved the bathroom vanity area huge counter and mirror didn't have to fight my husband for space�� my only complaint not really was whoever lives upstairs sounded like they walked w cement blocks on their feet other than that never heard anything throughout the nights. Parking is a tight squeeze if you drive a larger truck or suv i recommend backing in up against the wall unless you have to be close to entry."

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this unit! Even though the property is older, the specific unit was updated, clean, decorated adorably and had the perfect amenities for a relaxing stay.
