This beautiful luxury condo was designed for families who want the comfort and conveniences of home all while enjoying the unique experiences and great fun of a beach vacation. This beautiful condo features 804 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen are ideal for gathering with loved ones for a home cooked meal or watching the big game. Just off the living area is the private balcony where you can enjoy the Texas breeze with your favorite drink.

CLEAN BED PROMISE -Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME! -After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations. CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -NOT PET FRIENDLY.

Pets Not Allowed CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Easy walk to beach and sea wall
Easy walk to beach and sea wall. I was surprised by the condition of the exterior, but being so close to the beach probably caused some exterior rust. Interior was a little cramped for four people, Huge bathroom created smaller bedroom and living room. Would have been nice to know about the extra AC unit in master, and beach toys in living room closet. No building numbers visible (A,B,C..) and we did not know the unit was on the second floor. Porch was nice. Padre escapes does offer some nicer stays, even the older duplexes on the island, at a lower cost."

"Pathway to the Sea C201, June 2023
Overall the unit was nice. The decorations and furnishings were a cut above, and it was probably one of the cleaner units we have rented anywhere in the country. Normally we end up doing a lot of our own additional cleaning when when we check in, but did not need to do anything significant with this unit. I was not around during the day, but my wife was and noted a lot of road noise during the day, but thankfully it settled down at night. The two maintenance items we noted: 1) The efforts on the door to the balcony were high to unlock and lock 2) The garbage disposal pretty violently ejects drain water when it is turned on...this required a couple of cleanups of the counters and floor. Overall, we liked the unit and would stay again."

"Pathway to the Sea
Overall it was a decent stay. I would rate it 6 out of 10. Upon arriving, it was difficult to find 201 as there are no visible unit numbers, they are only on the doors, and it was not any where near enough to the gulf to ‘hear the waves’ as advertised, you couldn’t even see the beach unless you went to the edge of the balcony and looked around to the other side. The view is of an intersection and many bodies of water that the tide brings in and the canals further west. The floors could have been cleaner, the dishwasher is at an angle and it appears no one has ever cleaned the floor on either side on it. It should have been sealed off when the place was built but it was not. The areas under the beds and other furniture were also not cleaned, there was a sock left behind from someone else. The kitchen sink disposal side smelled so bad, absolutely disgusting. We had the clean it in order to use the sink. Both bathroom sinks were not draining hardly at all by day two. The bathroom door would not stay closed, used the small waste basket to put in front of it to keep it closed. There were not enough paper towels. On the day before we left we noticed an exterminator servicing the condo across from 201. The next morning as I was making a cup of coffee a roach was crawling across the countertop and then onto the Keurig. Needless to say that cup of coffee was tossed and I was quite grossed out that I just wanted to leave. The location is not bad, I just don’t think it should be advertised as such that you can hear the ocean. You cannot, can’t even really see it let alone hear it. You can hear and see all the traffic, from the many many golf carts to the pickup trucks with trailers in tow. At night though it was quiet for the most part, an exception to waking up around 3 a.m. to someone knocking on the wall somewhere the 2nd night. This place is furnished nicely, the beds comfortable. "Fantastic place to stay!
Super clean, great area, walking distance to the beach and eating places. Had a question about the tv and it was quickly answered through text. We will definitely try to stay here again. Highly recommended. "

"Great Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Pathway by the Sea. The condo was very clean, in a great location, and was perfect for our family of 4! The management company provided excellent & prompt customer service, and we were very happy with our stay. The only minor complaint was that one day the pool was not usable for several hours for cleaning. It was a Saturday in the middle of the day & very hot. Our kids were super disappointed & there wasn’t much else to do in the middle of the day. Maybe the pool maintenance could be done early morning? (Again, minor issue, but maybe something to consider?) "

"Nice place, well kept, +1 for having fire sprinklers.
Good spot, well laid out, one of the few locations with fire sprinklers, which you should care about, many other properties are ticking match boxes."
