Great restaurants, shopping, and art galleries. The beach is 7 minutes away by car. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large L-shaped deck, complete with comfortable outdoor seating and a bistro dining set. Relax after a day of fishing or shopping around the firepit under the stars. Inside you'll find wood-look vinyl flooring throughout, tons of natural light, a queen bed with built in storage on either side, a roomy bathroom with a relaxing rainfall shower head in the tiled shower. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, a sink, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. There is WiFi and Roku television. Be sure to bring your boat, the boat ramp is 5 minutes away and there's plenty of parking at the cottage.

"Meh...
Disappointed. The pictures are deceiving. There us construction equipment and RVs parked around the property.
I thought I would have a private place to visit with my niece who I was going there to see but that is not what I got when I arrived.
There was trash scattered in the driveway. The fire pit was full if old limbs and the patio furniture was covered in twigs and leaves.
The inside was clean but the only place to sit in this place is the bed.
I was terribly disappointed with the whole experience. It looks nothing like the pics."

"Rockport Cozy Cottage
Cozy cottage perfect for a couple, or someone wanting some "me" time. Quiet location close to shopping and the beach. Plenty of outdoor seating with plenty of shade to enjoy early morning coffee or an evening cocktail. We didn't use the firepit, but looked so inviting. Would definitely recommend!!"
