Charming lakeside living. Our house is in a 3/2 in a prime lakefront location in the heart of Florida, on Crooked Lake. Only an hour from Orlando and 1.5 hours from Tampa, it’s the perfect hub from which to explore Florida, invite guests for a weekend, or to just enjoy the tranquility of lakefront life.The house needs some minor cosmetic work; however, it is a comfortable home with all functional amenities as it stands, including central AC/heat, high speed wifi, as well as a private beach on 1.5 acres. (It’s been enjoyed by 4 generations of our family so far.) Our current price would be in the region of $2,500 a month for a minimum 1-month rental. (There is a 1-BR cabin next to the house which is rented for the winter months.)

Only an hour from Orlando and 1.5 hours from Tampa, it’s the perfect hub from which to explore Florida, invite guests for a weekend, or to just enjoy the tranquility of lakefront life.

April-September $700 per week, minimum 2 weeks
October-December $600 per week, minimum 2 weeks
