Once we get in floors had dirt and all the bed sheets had hair looks like bed sheets wasn’t changed or washed before handing over the property over to us. Door handle in one of the bathroom didn’t lock at all and door handle in main master came off when we tried to open it from the inside. Cleanliness was an big issue. We had 14 in our party for Thanksgiving and had plenty of room. The kitchen was amazing and well equipped. A previous review mentioned a lack of towels so I brought some extras so that was not an issue. Our batteries had run out on a couple of our automatic blinds and the staff was right there to replace them with no problem. It was even on the night before Thanksgiving and the lady was beyond friendly and helpful. It was nice you could pull into the parking garage and unload with plenty of access to luggage carts.
