The Surfside complex is directly across the street from the beach and Gulf of Mexico. After a long day of fun in the sun you will love coming back to the beautiful courtyard with grills, picnic tables, covered sitting areas and a sparkling pool. The pool is heated as well so it can be enjoyed any time of year! The Surfside complex is made up of 2-bedroom condos surrounding the courtyard, making it the ideal choice for large groups looking to stay close to one another.

-Multiple dog waste disposal stations
-Coin operated laundry facility on site, $2 for washer and $2 for dryer (Quarter exchange at front office)
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A thirty-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF ONE PET. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

Perfect little get away! We have stayed twice at Surfside and could not be more happy. Great place and location. Place is always clean and staff is always so nice. Maintenance crew is always on standby if needed. Would recommend to anyone. 10 out of 10"

"Good location, not maintained well.
The location is really spectacular. The pool area is maintained well and has good lighting for night swimming. Super warm water as well. We were not impressed with our lodging however. The beds were really low quality with uncomfortable mattress, linens and pillows. We woke up with sore necks everyday. The kitchen sink was in need of maintaining. It was missing an aerator so the water was loud and sprayed out. The tub was missing a tub stopper for bathing our children and the knob was laying in the tub not attached. We had someone come fix it but they didn't really fix it. It fell off again and even when it was on in order to change the temp you had to turn off the water completely and try to pull up a little to the left or right to change the temp. The towel rack wasn't attached properly to the wall and came off every time we pulled towels off it. The living room could use some updated couches. It had nice recliners though."

The management is superb here. The location is perfect, beautiful pool area with the beach across the street. The condo unit we rented was clean but needs some updated. The kitchen is old and has a stained sink. The furniture in the living room needs replacing."

"Great Weekend Getaway
The property met our expectation for being clean and well maintained. Everything we needed were provided as advertised (towels, sheets, extra stand fan, kitchen utensils), appliances and furnitures were in working condition except for the love seat in the living room (in this picture). Just a minor comment but would help the future renters a lot...love seat is sagging on one side making it a little uncomfortable to sit on. Otherwise it was a great place to stay being just across the beach. One last thing to comment on...the welcome give-away plastic cup that has prints of "stolen from Padre Escape"...though according to the office personnel this is "humorous" statement and it's really a give-away, but to others it could mean serious stealing of your property as outlined in the contract. Maybe it can be rephrased to a much more positive statement."

I have been coming to surfside for many years and I find the same furniture year after year which make it too outdated. Because the furniture is too old it makes the units smell old and funny. This last time I didn't feel like being inside the apartment like I used to in the past. No bad review is just constructive criticism. "
