The Surfside complex is directly across the street from the beach and Gulf of Mexico. After a long day of fun in the sun you will love coming back to the beautiful courtyard with grills, picnic tables, covered sitting areas and a sparkling pool. The pool is heated as well so it can be enjoyed any time of year! The Surfside complex is made up of 2-bedroom condos surrounding the courtyard, making it the ideal choice for large groups looking to stay close to one another.
Newly updated interior February 2022 - Modern costal vibe with all new living room furniture, new dining table and lighting, new hardware in kitchen, updates in both bedrooms, fresh coat of paint, new storage cabinet in bathroom, and updated décor through out.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-NOT PET FRIENDLY.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"One of the best condos at Surfside
Condo 202 was one of the best condos we have stayed in, and we have been staying at Surfside for over 10 years. They had a high chair and playpen in the room, which I have not seen before. Everything was up to date and clean. The room included access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. and included a PlayStation. We will definitely stay here again. Only downside was that the king bed was very high and uncomfortable."

"Fabulous
My family had a such a wonderful time at Surfside. just a quick walk across the street and your at the beach. the staff is friendly and kind and so helpful. the facility was keep clean and tidy. our condo was perfect and would defiantly stay here again! "

Easy walk to the beach with a wagon. Our only complaint is that the AC in the 2nd bedroom was very inconsistent. The rest of the unit was comfortable but this room was often stifling. "

"Vacay stay
The stay was nice considering the weather. I could stay I was really not impressed w/ internet service. Would work off and on on another note there are a lot of winter Texans who stay. So pool is not really kid friendly. Nice view to beach. "

We rented a couple different units to be near extended family. Our unit was newly renovated and beautiful. Theirs was very basic when compared. I felt a little bad that ours was so nice!"

We enjoyed our stay on the property. The unit itself was remodeled nicely. The entire unit was cleaned very well and beds were comfy. I was extremely satisfied with how much I saw maintenance out throughout our stay. They were cleaning and making sure everything was in great condition in the common areas. Can’t wait to return! "

I have rented many units in this complex over the years, this unit is one of the nicer ones since it has been updated nicely and not "overdone " with decor and fake plants. The bedrooms are nicely appointed with very comfy beds and updated new furniture. The kitchen was well supplied most things you need if cooking in, cold use a better saute /fry pan ?The one we used was pretty worn and warped. I would stay here again , the only complaint i have is directed to housekeeping, all the tabletops were not very clean , like someone ran over tops with old wet rag , lots of smudges and smears. I did mention this to the front desk office, they were very helpful btw .Water pressure in shower very low could be a complex thing, or maybe new shower head? Overall, would stay here again, very nice location to beach!"

"Don’t stay here, not worth the $
Great location but everything else was terrible.
When we arrived there were dirty towels still in the bathroom, and a lot of the dishes/cups were dirty - had visible food and grease on them. Many of the pots and pans were hard to use because they had melted handles. On top of that the dishwasher didn’t work. The wifi also didn’t work for the majority of our stay.
When we reached out to the property manager, we didn’t get a response after multiple attempts, and when we went to the office in person they said there wasn’t anything they could do. The woman we spoke with with was defensive. They took $60 off of our bill for the cleaning fee, but that wasn’t even the full fee so I don’t know how they determined that number.
Overall not worth the money for the poor quality of the apartment and how badly they’re taken care of, plus the port customer service, I would not stay here again. "

Loved our condo...super clean, had all the necessities. We have never stayed here before and when we pulled up in all honesty we weren’t quite sure about it...however when we walked into our place we loved it. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessities for our stay.

My stay was very nice. Room #202 is very modern and is upgraded, unlike some other rooms in which we stayed. The pool was heated, which was good since a cold front blew through. Friendly tenants and staff. "

"Clean, Beach View, and Convenient to the Beach
Beautiful, beach-inspired condo. Both bedrooms offer a beach view. The beach is a short walk across the street and the public parking lot. This was our first condo rental and experienced a few hiccups during check-in due to conflicting information on the property management's office hours, but I believe this was due to incorrect office hours listed in the VRBO agreement."

"Memorial Day 2019 corpus getaway
Upon checking in floor was sandy had to ask to mop again which after was taken care of after much coaxing. Rooms were stuffy and smelled bad. Air conditioning didn’t work properly it was very hot and stuffy couldn’t sleep. Very noisy rowdy guests outside in the pool area until very late. Rusty refrigerator with ugly stains quite an eyesore."
