This beautiful, well located property offers guests 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a second-floor loft with ample balcony and deck space to enjoy your time outdoors. A six-night stay is required and will maximize the time you have together with family and friends here on the Texas Gulf Coast. The first floor includes a very fully equipped, open concept kitchen with a sit up breakfast bar seating four, a dining area that can seat up to eight and a comfy living area with a 60-inch Smart TV. The main floor master bedroom has a king bed with private bathroom that includes a double sink vanity and jacuzzi tub/shower combination. The first level also has a laundry closet with full size washer and dryer, powder room, and access to a private, screened-in back patio. The second floor has two bedrooms each with a queen bed, a loft with two twin hide away beds, and a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The entire property is decorated with attractive coastal décor. Some additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, games, and books for the rainy days.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
