In the event that cancellation is required, revocation must take place within 24 hours of booking to receive a refund of the required advanced payment (20% of the reservation). Book That Condo will honor a refund of the initial deposit, minus a 3% credit card processing fee. If the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival or greater, the booking deposit will be forfeited. The total amount is forfeited if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival or less. We recommend that you purchase CSA Travel Insurance in the event you must cancel.

Hectic. Having to go to an office to get signed in and info then having no idea how to find out where you were going and no one was helpful. The place is beautiful but too big. The room/condo was great. Just a lot of walking because of the size. Made it real difficult to they things to the room and back and forth to the beach. "
