LA Escape II is a beautiful, beachside cottage in the heart of Gulf Shores. Walking into the a coastal feel with a sectional sleeper sofa and loveseat and also offers a murphy bed if needed. The kitchen offers beautiful granite counter tops,stainless steel appliances and unique Zinc dining table. Master offers a California King premium mattress set and private bath. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed premium mattress set & a twin sleeper loveseat and large closet. This home is designed for a relaxing vacation with soft coastal/cool colors and is stocked with everything you'll need for your vacation. This home has a laundry area (full size) for your convenience. Beautiful NEW flooring through-out and white wash tongue & groove ceilings, this home is a looker! After being at the beach, take an outdoor shower! You will also have great picnic amenities with a picnic table, tiki bar area and a grill area. On the top deck, there is another picnic table with some coastal views. Best spot in the city for July 4th fireworks, The Hang-Out Music Festival, Shrimp Festival, Oyster Festival and Madri Gras parades! Ample parking with 2 covered spaces (4 vehicles only) and a storage room available for your bike, kayak and also room for you to bring your boat! Gulf State Park and Little Lagoon are just a short drive away and offer great opportunities for fishing, biking or kayaking. LA Escape II is located across the street from beach. Guest have several great restaurants to walk to, putt-putt golf, ice cream shops, Waterville USA, Gulf shores Zoo and many souvenir shops. Great location for the entire family to enjoy!
There are also beach chairs, toys and a beach cart available for guest to use.
Occupancy is 9 people. Both bedrooms have TV's and also WIFI!

"Perfect quarantine escape!
We chose this house because of the location! We wanted to be secluded but close to the beach! There are other houses around but the area was not too loud! We enjoyed spending time outside under the porch and on the porch. We had plenty of room to play and be entertained without leaving the house! The cleanliness of the house was top notch! We had one very minor issue with the washer button being stuck and not being able to turn on but we called Aqua vacations and left a message and they returned the call the next morning and had someone out there that day to fix it! By the time we returned from the beach it was good to go! We are looking at dates to return! "

We love the location of our little house by the beach; walking across the street to The Hangout and the beach volleyball courts was so convenient. Nice to have 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and the extra murphy bed. Linens need to be cleaned better (comfortors and bedspreads); also need to scrub the light switches which have a lot of dirt embedded in them;Please turn on the ice before guests get there would also be helpful
Otherwise we really liked the place and would return!!! Getting key code and departure was very easy and convenient!! Nice company to work with and would recommend highly!!! Just kick up the cleaning a bit and it would be perfect!!"

"The best first time stay experience
This was our first time staying in Gulf Shores, we could not have picked a better condo. We could see the beach from our deck, the house was very clean and kept up, convenient outdoor shower for washing the sand off before we came inside each day, and the layout/decor was beautiful. We had walking distance access to plenty of restaurants and a dollar general as well as a surf shop for souvenirs."

"The okie's loved the stay !!!!Great Location
we traveled with 4 adults and 5 kids. this house was perfect for that. the description of the property is accurate, the outside shower is amazing you will need that for sure. the down stairs closet has a few things like boogie boards and a few sand toys and beach chairs. I high suggest renting a umbrella from one of the company's that set up if going on super sunny days.The décor was nice and everything was in good condition. The property manager was so nice and quick to respond to any of our questions.
The beach is right across the road.
The best thing is that a lot of things are in walking distant. If you haven't been you have to check out the Hang out and also the Picnic restaurant. great atmosphere and good food both are close to the house. I do not recommend the island grill next door or the Sunlinner diner. All in all we had a great trip and loved the location of the house. it was so great to be able to wake up eat and go right across to the beach. "

"Great House, Perfect Location
This house was a great place to stay for our family vacation. We enjoyed being able to walk to many different places. The decor was nice and all the beds were comfortable. We loved that there was so much space! We would stay again.
However, upon arrival, we went to the address provided on the rental agreement to find out they were no longer at this location to check in. That kind of put a damper on things trying to figure out where we were supposed to go now. When we got there they advised that the place wouldn't be ready until 4 that it was still being worked on. When we arrived to the house at 4, the floors were not clean. They were sandy, so much so that I immediately swept the floors.
I don't believe one roll of toilet paper per bathroom is a "starter" kit. Especially for a house that sleeps 10. This does turn me off from renting in the future, as I can pay this same amount I paid for a condo and never have to supply my paper products.
I also called multiple times during our stay to inquire about things related to the house. I was unable to get my call answered or returned. "

"Best Beach house ever!
This beach house exceeded our expectations for sure! Absolutely clean and ready for us to come right in and enjoy our week! Everything we needed was right there and we absolutely loved every minute of our vacation!
The location was great it was a small walk to the beach but we had a great place to enjoy our day in the beach. Everything we needed was in walking distance which was great too! There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this place I highly recommend for anyone who wants to have a wonderful beach house experience! We will be back I doubt! Our favorite place was the tiki bar area you get the view plus that nice ocean breeze! The owners were friendly and accommodating as well! Just can’t say enough ��"

"perfect location and vacation house
I can't brag on this place enough. Fist, the location is perfect. Walk across the street to the beach, close to PInk Pony and Hangout. Dollar General down the street so anything you forgot to bring is right there. It felt very private. It was just beautiful and perfectly clean and stocked. The beds were great, especially the king. There was a murphy bed in the living room which was fine for our teenager. The sofa was comfortable, too. My one suggestion would be to ditch the wooden loveseat in the den, it's hard as a rock to sit on. Kitchen was lovely and stocked with anything you need to cook and serve a meal. We used the grill and though it was a bit small, cooked great hamburgers. It's a beautiful place and we will definitely rent again."

"Family Getaway
The house was super clean. Beds extremely comfortable. More than enough room for our family of 8. Luxury linens. Location was perfect. Cold AC. Never ran out of hot water.outside shower was a bonus. Easy walk to the beach and all the restaraunts. Sit on the deck at night and hear all the fun had at The Hangout. You are so close to the beach, you can hear the waves rolling in. No need to drive once you’ve arrived. I definitely recommend this beach house. "

"Great Vacation Home!
We loved our time in Gulf Shores and LA Escape II. The property was well maintained, comfortable, and just as advertised. We loved the fact that we were within walking distance of the beach and multiple restaurants. Every day we walked our beach chairs and umbrella to the beach. We were close enough to the house that we walked back to make lunch and then headed to the beach for the afternoon. After cleaning up we would walk to one of the many restaurants in the area and then when we returned to the house we would sit on the deck and listen to the live music from the nearby Hangout. We didn't have any teenagers with us but there were plenty of activities in the area for kids of all ages. We would definitely rent this spot again. "

LA Escape II was wonderful. Dana was so professional and accommodating. We stayed for Christmas and the grandkids had a blast. Beach is right across the street. Everything was there for our convenience from towels to kitchen utensils. The beds were very comfortable. This unit was very clean and tidy. We definitely recommend this unit and hopefully stay again in the coming year. "

"Awesome family get away
The house and location were exactly what we needed. This was my husband's, son's and his girlfriend's first time to Gulf Shores. They are hooked and already planning a return trip. The house is beautiful and clean and lots of room for us all. The beach is right across the road and everything is within walking distance. One son and our grandsons used the outside shower all weekend. The only disappointing part was The Hangout was closed for renovations, nothing you had control over. We will be returning!!"

The beach home was beautiful!! We are a military family and come down every year for our daughters birthday she turned 14 this year she picks where we stay each time and this time it was here and it's our favorite!! We grilled and spent all day on the beach and in the evening sat on the deck and watched the ocean and sunset!! Wow! What to say about this place and our stay at LA Escapes. It was truly an awsome place to stay. It was so clean and the inside was beautiful. You could literally walk to everything there. The beds were so comfortable. We loved the part underneath that is where we spent most of our time. "Perfect Home in the Perfect Location
This home and it's simple decor is perfection! My family of 4 plus my parents and brother all stayed in this charming home just steps to the beach and had plenty of room. There is a gulf view with enchanting sunsets with a beach breeze. There are beach toys downstairs in a closet next to the outdoor shower which was perfect for a quick rinse before going into the home. Shutters were added to the carport area while we were visiting which helped keep some of tropical storm Cindy off our vehicles. Within walking distance to several restaurants and stores. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need! The ONLY thing I'd add would be a toaster. We are so happy with the home and the location we are already planning our trip back next year!!"
