Welcome to Cozy Beauty, located in sunny Rockaway Beach! This newly built two story home offers guests three bedrooms, two and a half baths, with room for up to ten guests! You'll find beach access across the highway to the west of the home, and beautiful Lake Lytle a few blocks to the north, where you can fish on the lake or just enjoy a quiet kayaking experience. Park the car, grab your bags, and head inside!
Upon entering Cozy Beauty, you'll find yourself in an open concept area containing the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living space offers guests a black leather sofa and a plush loveseat to relax in after a long day of driving or exploring! A flat screen TV hangs from the wall between the two couches, so feel free to throw a bag of popcorn in the microwave and enjoy a late night movie together. The owners have provided many DVDs and BluRay discs for guest use. You'll also have Wi-Fi while staying at your vacation home. Behind this area, you'll see a dining room table with 4 chairs and a bench. If necessary, there are two additional seats at the kitchen island. The garage is located behind the dining room table, where you can find a ping pong table to use during your stay.
The spacious kitchen has everything you need to make some homemade meals during your stay in Rockaway Beach. You'll have access to plenty of silverware and dish-ware, as well as an oven/stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven and microwave (these last two items are located in the garage). A pantry to the side of the kitchen contains a washer and dryer so you can wash any wet or sandy clothes before heading home! The over-size back deck overlooking the birds singing pond can be accessed via the sliding glass doors in the kitchen and the master bedroom. You'll have access to a propane BBQ and outdoor furniture, so be sure to bring the steaks and veggies for an old fashioned grill out during your visit!
Head down the hallway, and you'll find a half bath, along with the first bedroom containing a private bathroom and two queen beds. You'll have access to the deck from this room as well, so grab your morning cup of coffee and soak up the warm sunshine in the early hours! There is also a flat screen TV for you to enjoy before heading off to sleep. The bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. A large walk-in closet provides a place to put your clothing and suitcases during your stay.
Head upstairs, and you'll find another family room, perfect for the kids in your party! Two seats fold out into twin sleeper sofas for additional guests. The owners have left more DVDs and BluRay discs up here for your kids to enjoy. The third bathroom is in the corner, complete with a shower/tub combo. There are also two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the final one with a twin/full bunk bed. Both rooms offer plenty of closet space.
While staying in Rockaway Beach, you'll have plenty to see and do. The Pacific Ocean is a short walk away, where you and your family can explore the sandy shores or go surfing. Just be sure to bring a surfboard with you, or you can rent one from the nearest surf shop in town! Lake Lytle is also a fun place to explore if you bring your kayaks or small fishing skiff. There are plenty of shops and restaurants to try located along historic Highway 101. Tillamook is a short drive south, where you can explore the Cheese Factory and grab lunch and dessert. The house was great ! Great location it’s a close walk or close drive to the beach. Plenty of supplies such as towels etc . Close store if forgot anything. The ping pong table was great entertainment. WiFi was great I had to do homework and it did not lose any connection during my homework. The only draw back which is not a negative to house the neighbor across street seems to watch everything. We had a friend over dinner and wife came picked up and it was quiet no noise that would warrant her taking pictures of their car . Other than that it was a wonderful stay relaxing. Had all cooking supplies we needed. The layout was great . The 4 was only cause of someone taking pictures. "

"Weekend Getaway
Me and my friends were looking for a fun weekend getaway for a good price and we wanted a rental with a good location. This rental was GREAT a short drive or walk to the beach and the main part of town was just down the street as well. I had never been to Rockaway but this was easily one of the best houses to stay at for a good price I was completely satisfied and happy with how nice the house was. We played ping pong all weekend and cooked meals with the boatload of cooking ware the house has. It was so much fun highly recommend!"

Good Value and decent location in Rockaway Beach. House was clean. Rooms were adequate size and each room had thermostats which was helpful. ~1/2 mile drive or walk to Rockway Beach/town and plenty of choices for food. The stove is a little outdated and the washing machine didn't seem to clean some of our soiled laundry from hiking very well. That's our only negative. "
