Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Perfect, as advertised
The vacation rental was exactly as advertised. VERY reasonable cleaning requests! Accessible to everything we had planned. Felt very safe during our stay. Lots of parking available, never had to park very far from the front door. Pool & jacuzzi tub very well maintained. Check in was simple and very organized! Check out was easy. "

"412 Harbourgate
We had a wonderful time over the holiday weekend. Our place was awesome and very equipped with all the cooking accessories that we needed. Our only complaint was the parking during the boat parade. The Harbourgate lot was opened for anyone to park and we couldn’t find a space after dinner even though we had a parking pass. Poor judgement on parking attendants part. Harbourgate should not allow this "

Our family enjoyed our stay. Nice location. However, condo needed to be cleaned better. Old appliances and not clean. Stove may need to be replaced. Safety issues as the door didn’t close neither did it lock well. You can turn handle and still get in without using code. Couldn’t use blankets in one room because they weren’t folded - just thrown in the closet."

Condo clean, view is gorgeous. Condo well stocked. Microwave died second day and was replaced with a new one same day.
Only disappointment was constant dinging from draw bridge starting as early as 6 am one day"

~ Rip-off Alert ~
Renting from this particular realtor was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have had in my over ten years of professional travel due to my job. The realtors will give you different prices up front and charge you whatever they want later. I had mentioned several times over the phone that I will pay for a week and likely be out in a few days because of work limitations and travel to other areas. I get a verbal confirmation stating that will be fine. A few days into the stay I get an email saying we’re sad to see you go check out is tomorrow at 10 am. I call the realtor to mention I paid for a week and they are checking me out a few days early?! She said no I only charged you for the four days you are staying. They are charging over $200 a night at this realtors office and not doing what they are supposed to be doing. I highly recommend not booking a stay at any of their properties as they are greedy and don’t tend to listen to your needs and requests. They are all about the money. The place they put me in and call a condo is a remodeled motel 6. However the place isn’t the worst. But if you want to stay here DO NOT book through the realtor as they will likely look for ways to keep your money and just be all around scum bags. Book directly through Harbor Gate and their website or phone number. They were very pleasant to deal with and even mentioned how much these realtors rip unsuspecting tourists or visitors off. "

"Loved the location
The rental agent Victoria, was just wonderful and helpful. Can't that her enough for all her help always with a smile. Overall loved the location and the apartment. However, the kitchen needed larger dishes, frying pans and larger storage area. Living room furniture needed replacing. Despite this, we had an enjoyable stay and size of this 2 bedroom condo was excellent. Would stay there again as the view of the marina and waterway from the balcony was outstanding. "
