Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

Our Condo had a noisy refrigerator fan and constantly running toilet (float-valve problem). That was due to a failure of previous guests or housekeeping crews to report it. Once reported, maintenance fixed those problems quickly. However, the living room furniture, bar stools and mattresses were all well beyond time for replacement. One cabinet in master bedroom had a drawer missing its center guide and stop. When pulled part way out the drawer fell to the floor. All bathroom showers had black mildew present. Observed paint chips on the floor, probably from the ceiling. I don’t believe the owners had visited their property in the past few years or they would have surely done something about the poor conditions noted in this report. However, North Beach Realty and Rentals were very responsive to get us help. I contacted the rental company later and gave them a list of recommendations to make this condo a very comfortable one to rent. While new rugs were installed in the bedrooms, and new floors in the master and living room, there are many other things to be done. Our group made the best of everything and we still managed to enjoy our time at Windy Hill Dunes. We have rented here for 13 years and this is the first condo where we were disappointed. We love the location and the amenities, so we will be back next year yo Windy Hill Dunes!" They are pretty accurate. The staff at check in were fantastic. We arrived at the condo and as previously stated in other reviews, it needs updated. Don’t expect luxury and plush surroundings. It is a nice corner unit looking out at the ocean. The kitchen was nice and had about anything you might need. The master bedroom has loose carpet. It needs replaced. Don’t put elderly people who may trip and fall in there. Mold in the shower. This was an issue in earlier reviews and still not resolved. The ceiling is cracking and falling down. Stains beside the toilet that I assumed was urine. (I wiped most of it up) NO HANGERS. We flew in and couldn’t hang any clothing up. The hand held sprayer in the shower is STILL on the floor even though it was mentioned in earlier reviews. Wallpaper and plaster falling off the smaller bathroom. Would I rent it again? Probably. The sheets were cover in hair when we arrived, the classes were all dirty and placed in the cupboard as they clean. Black mold everywhere, showers all sucked, doors broken and no holder for the spray nozzle in the master bath. We found cockroaches in the unit as well, this place was terrible and the Proper authorities should be notified for this blatant lack of being clean. The property management were very rude. Fox news was on the television in the waiting area, very u professional. Cleaning crew were in our rental beyond check in time at 4 pm. We arrived at 4:45 and had to u load around crew who were also not wearing masks or PPE. Smell of death coming from kitchen garbage disposal And did mot work. Sink clogged every time water was turned on. Sliding door in living room was very hard to operate and doors and windows were permanently fogged over. Condo was a time-warp back to the 1990s.
