Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the processing and insurance fees if purchased. If partially re-rented, will prorate your refund.

Awesome! Everything we needed and wanted. The balcony and nice outdoor furniture were so great. The place is huge! One thing of note: the living room TV is not new enough to be a smart TV, so bring a Chromecast, Roku, or Firestick if you want to stream. The master bedroom TV is smart and we streamed there with no issues.
The place could use a deeper clean (the valances all had dust coated on them, as well as walls in the bedrooms, lamps, and many other surfaces; under the furniture and beds was the most dust I've ever seen in one area before). The tile floors weren't in the best shape either. This isn't uncommon for properties in the area, so we always bring our own cleaning supplies and were able to clean everything up. It could be helpful for someone who has a dust allergy to know this. Also, there is no carbon monoxide detector that we could find (we brought our own) and some of the smoke detectors appeared to be out of date. "

This was a great condo and the view was amazing. One downfall was that we were never told that they had maintenance on the building on the outside. So we got up for three mornings to construction noise.
View was great, place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Other then the noise we were very happy with our stay."
