Fairway 309, a cozy two-story townhouse with three bedrooms and three bathrooms that will sleep 9! As soon as you walk in, you will notice the spacious living room area with brand new welcoming leather couch and love seat. Step outside the sliding glass doors to the large private deck outside perfect for enjoying the view of the golf course and bay! Downstairs is the master king suite with an attached master bath including a walk-in shower and double sinks. The guest king bedroom is also downstairs with a flat screen and has an adjacent door to its own tub/shower combo full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking or entertaining. The kitchen also features a stackable washer and dryer. Upstairs is the ideal kids area, a loft with a twin bed just off the stairs and across the hall a bedroom that hosts 2 queen beds with a flat screen. The upstairs bedroom features another attached full bathroom with walk in shower.

TRIP CANCELLATION/INTERRUPTION POLICY

It is highly recommended that you purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in the event you have to cancel your trip prior to arrival for any number of reasons which include mandatory evacuation, illness, loss of job, etc. We are able to offer you trip cancellation/interruption insurance through CSA Insurance.

We hope your trip will not have to be cancelled or interrupted for any reason and that you and your family and/or friends enjoy a wonderful vacation. Should you have to cancel for any reason within 90 days before your scheduled arrival date, no refunds will be made unless we can rent that time to another person for the same rate. You will be protected through trip cancellation/interruption insurance should you decide to purchase this protection. CSA covers cancellation due to loss of job, illness and hurricanes. Information on CSA insurance is on where you can read the Summary Plan Description. The plan we offer is G-320CSA. If you have specific questions about the policy it is best to callto discuss your questions before purchase.

The cost of trip cancellation/interruption insurance through CSA is 6.5% of the total. If you wish to purchase the CSA insurance it will be added to the rental payment.
