Recreation centers offer outdoor activities such as bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, tennis, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, basketball and more than 500 indoor events. CANCELLATIONS.AND CHANGES Reservations may be cancelled or shortened by the guest notifying the Manager in writing from the booking holder at minimum of ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date ("Cancellation Period"). In such instances, any paid charges will be refunded, less a $595.00 administrative cancellation/change/rebooking fee and less any travel insurance fees paid. In the event of an accommodation change as detailed in clause 5 above, all of the terms in this cancellation and change clause still apply. In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges unless you have purchased a Travel Protection policy. If you have purchased a Travel Protection Policy, the travel protection policy premium is non-refundable and any refunds for cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period has expired must be obtained from the travel protection policy provider directly and you are subject to their policies, conditions and restrictions. This rental advertises a barbecue but the propane was empty and when I went to fill it I was told the tank and expired - so I replaced that also. Management told me this was not their responsibility. !! These are details that should have been corrected immediately but that didn't happen....I was not compensated for the money spent. It is well cared for, updated, and lots of amenities close by. It is important to note that this property is located in a "55 and older" community. Being in our early 40's this caused a few problems. We were in Florida to adopt our new son and chose this property because of its location and it received prior good reviews. Being outside of the target age demographic and having an 11 year old and newborn prevented us from utilizing the onsite pools and amenities. On the few occasions we attempted this we were treated rudely and made to feel unwelcome. Unfortunately this left a lasting impression that cast a dark cloud over our entire stay. For future tennents that may be younger than 55 or have children you may want to look elsewhere if the use of onsite amenities is important to your stay. The physical property is nice and met all of our needs, but the social environment and attitudes of the neighbors within the neighborhood could present challenges."
