The spacious great room, with easy access to the patio, has a large flat screen TV, a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, and lots of comfortable seating where everyone can reconnect and catch up. Another fun nook has a pool table in it.

There is a view dining room for 8 and a modern state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen where you can easily make meals and snacks for your family and/or guests. There is a large island in the kitchen with high-top stools and another table nearby with seating for 6-8 so everyone can easily eat together inside too.

The 1st guest bedroom -a main floor queen -has an ensuite bath and a separate entrance - making it easy for those who may not be able to navigate stairs to join you and be comfortable. There is also a 1/2 bath downstairs.

The upstairs master king bedroom, with vineyard views from its private balcony, also has a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, and a beautiful en suite bath with a large soaking tub and a large walk-in shower.

A 3rd queen bedroom upstairs, and a 4th bedroom upstairs with a twin over double bunk bed and a double trundle, have a flat screen TV and ceiling fans, They share a Jack ’n Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

All bed and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens to ensure your every comfort. This home sleeps 10 comfortably in beds.

There are stairs to the 2nd floor in this home, and there is a queen guest bedroom with an ensuite bath on the main (1st) level, so this property may work well even for those who cannot navigate stairs.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies.
