As you walk in, you will immediately see the big open floor plan and large windows that allow you to see for miles out into the blue Pacific Ocean. The living room offers ample amounts of comfortable seating for guests and a great entertainment center to kick back in the evenings and watch movies with friends and family. The clean and crisp kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals and entertain your guests. A dining table for 6 adds an area to enjoy your meals. Being open to the living room guests can connect with each other while preparing meals as well.

Rest you head on the ultra plush king bed, fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean while enjoying the glow of the fireplace, then wake up to a beautiful sparkling ocean view. The master bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and tub while the second bathroom is fully updated with an oversized shower…perfect for rinsing off those sandy feet after a fun day at the beach. The second bedroom offers two twin beds that are perfect for families with kids, or can be pushed together to make a king bed. Both rooms are tastefully decorated in a beach decor and offer hotel quality linens and comforts.


You will never be wondering what there is to do while staying at Surfsong! Spend your time at the large community pool and spa which overlooks the ocean, play tennis with your friends, or have a picnic at the public ocean view park. One of the best parts of this home is the fact that you are RIGHT on the beach. There is no “Solana Beach" in Solana Beach. This upscale beach town cleverly refers to its main beach as “Fletcher Cove" to throw off encroaching non-locals. They have good reason to try and keep the salty nook to themselves. This sweet little area is picture postcard perfect. Original artwork is encased around the park which leads down to waves filled with locals that surf, body board, swim, and fish. Fletcher Cove entertains all with plenty areas for picnics, summer movies, live music and the Fiesta del Sol art festival.

This charming, seaside community is within walking distance to Fletcher Cove, Dog Beach, Belly Up Tavern, Cedros Shopping District , The Coaster Train and many restaurants. We are conveniently located thirty minutes to downtown San Diego and many attractions such as Sea World and The Zoo.
