Velento Rentals Management Presents:
This Velento Ocean Front Penthouse unit has 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms on two floors, the upstairs has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with either King beds or 2 twins beds in each room upon advanced request. The main bedroom is on the main level with a bathroom that can either be en suite or accessed by additional guests using the 2 futons in the living room without disturbing the occupants of the bedroom.
There is an open plan kitchen and family room with a dining area and breakfast bar and two sets of sliding glass doors that allow you to bring the Caribbean Sea into your home! Beyond the sliding glass doors is a wonderful over sized deck with seating for at least 8 people. Your million dollar views are included in the nightly rental rate!!!!
The whole unit has beautiful Belizean hardwood ceilings throughout. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and the kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils you should need and yes there is a Blender!! We have a washer/dryer in the unit. The bathrooms are all stocked with plush bath and hand towels as well as wash cloths and beach towels.
There is Air Conditioning in every room however the breeze from the ocean is more than sufficient to keep you cool so we ask that you open the doors and windows and keep our electric bills at a minimum so we can continue to offer you the best prices possible!
For your swimming needs we have built a large pool and deck that sits behind the buildings. Loungers with padded cushions are plentiful and the pool is 5 feet deep. In addition we have put out a sea wall to add a beach like frontage from which extends a 250 foot long dock with a large swim and sunbathing platform at the end and a huge shady palapa. Our previous properties have proven that the dock is our guests favorite place to hang out although the size of the new pool and deck may compete for attention!!
We have a an onsite husband and wife management team. We rent island bikes.
The paddle boards are free!
We have toddler carriers and pack n play for the little ones.
We also rent golf carts, recommend to reserve in advance.

"Amazing in every way
This! is what a vacation home is supposed to be like. Everything from the staff to the home was amazing. I had multiple family members visiting because of the wedding and they were just in awe of how amazing the property was. My family and I loved the staff and how friendly and courteous they were to everyone. Even the little issues we had with the AC unit was communicated and taken care of with no issue what's so ever. I cannot recommend this place and property enough. It'll certainly be at the top of my list when visiting home again. Cannot wait to come back and visit."

"Great location, nice place, very good staff, NO HOT WATER!!!
upon arriving the grounds, rental house looked very nice. Great ocean front view!! We soon found that there was no hot water. I contacted Don (property manager) and told him of the problem. Don worked on the problem several times, but do to it being the weekend and Monday a holiday the hot water heater could not being replaced until late Tuesday. Next we found that the washing machine did not work. Don and his staff worked on it a couple of times before replacing it on Wednesday. In the mean time they washed what ever items we needed cleaned in their machines and brought it back to us. When I asked Don about us being compensated for our inconvenience NO HOT WATER for 4 days, he said that I would have to contact Tim Parker. I emailed Tim on 3/10/20 and got no reply, I emailed him again on 3/12/20 asking for compensation for our problems. His response was he would give us an extra night. NOT EXCEPTABLE.. Flights already booked to leave on Saturday... For
$3563.25 for the week Hot water should be included"

"ac not working
the place was beautiful however was upset that the ac did not work in our bedroom and the manger knew this before our arrival. we had to call back to the U.S to reach someone that night because the room was to hot to sleep in. my husband and i was move down stair leaving the rest of our group which took time away from us enjoy the island . when asking the next morning if the ac would be fix i was told they we'er very busy and give them until 5:00 . so we went and got breakfast came back to go swimming and find the cleaning lady in our room was told the ac was fix and we needed to move out. so we had to to grab all our stuff and move back upstairs at that time i realize that some thing we'er missing went back downstairs to find these item and was told that to call the manger because they had move our thing to clean . i did find everything in my husband bag. they had went into the bedroom and pack my thing into his bag . they had no business going into our room handle our item they should have waiting until we got back which was only 10:00 am they did tell us to give them until 5:00 pm "

Last-minute booking. The management team was very accommodating and arranged a taxi to pick us up on arrival to the island. The rental is beautiful and located just south away from the hustle and bustle but still a short walk into the main drag. Don and Nazle (on-site management) were extremely welcoming and cared for us well. My in-laws visiting from the US want to book this again for next year. "

"Loved it!
We had a great stay at Velento. They were still doing construction on the back buildings but we never were @ the pool during the day when they were working. We mostly hung out on the dock fishing or on the ocean front balcony if we were there. It was only a few blocks away from the Main Street where the restaurants were so it was a great location. The rental was beautiful & really nice. A/C worked great & is a necessity for me to sleep well. Don the on-site manager offered to make us dinner for our last night for an extra fee. We had caught fish the day before & he cooked it for us. It was so good & cooked perfectly! They are a wonderful couple & host. Property was super safe w/an onsite guard @ night. He would always greet us when we were in & out & was really nice.
We would totally stay again & truly had a great experience!"

"Oceanfront Bliss
My wife, myself, and my parents loved this property. The ocean breezes on the deck were the perfect way to start and end each day. The unit was immaculately clean and very well appointed. We didn't cook much because the restaurants are so good, but one would have all they need, and more, to prepare meals. We had plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable with the ability to have A/C so we could sleep soundly. Don and Nagle, the property managers, were wonderful and very helpful with any questions we had or help we needed. This is our second time to Caye Caulker, and I think we found the nicest property on the island this time."

"Our favourite Caye Caulker home away from home!
This is our second time using VeLento. This is a stunning property, right on the ocean. Wonderful views from the upper deck, and lots of comfortable seating for guests to enjoy the breeze and view. The dock and palapa were used frequently by us, and our group watched the sunrise while doing yoga there. Restaurants and shopping are an easy walk. The pool is a welcome addition. Don is an amazing property manager, and will do anything in his power to ensure guests have the best experience possible. We will definitely be back in 2020!"

"Best spot on Caye Caulker!
I stayed here w friends and family for 5 nights, celebrating my 40th Bday. We were in Unit 3 and it was exactly what we needed. Unit was spacious, clean, and had great views and access to the water. It was walking distance to everything the island has to offer. And you can easily rent bikes from the onsite caretaker, Don and his wife Nezle, who were very nice and helpful providing any info or assistance we needed. Having the private dock access was great, it allowed our snorkel tours and private water taxi to pick us up and drop us off right at the house.
Only negative points were the construction happening next door to the property, which was loud between 8 and 5. Hopefully that will be resolved soon. Also, there was no longer a washer/dryer unit, but Don offered a laundry service if we needed it. "

"Another great Stay
This is my second time at Velento. Truly the nicest place to stay on south Caye Caulker. Don and wife Nazzle are the best. I highly recommend they cook for you at least on night of stay. The pool is perfect size. The dock is a great place to hang out and enjoy the ocean breezes. The condo was perfect for us. Three bedroom and quiet. With the 12inch concrete floors you cannot hear anyone else. Reommend u bring a yeti cup or buy from front desk, ice melts fast in Caye Caulker. I highly recommend Velento on your stay in Caye Caulker "
