**NEW EXECUTIVE ORDER FOR PUERTO RICO** Beginning July 15, arriving passengers must complete a travel declaration form from the Puerto Rico Health Department, as well as demonstrate a negative molecular COVID-19 test from the 72 hours prior. If travelers arrive on the island without the requested documentation, they will be offered a rapid COVID-19 test at the airport. Even if the test result is negative, it will be mandatory for the traveler to quarantine and cover their own medical expenses/possible extended stay. The quarantine is mandated until the traveler provides proof of a negative molecular test result on island. If a negative molecular test is not provided, the traveler will be required to quarantine for 14 days, or the length of their stay. Puerto Rico’s curfew is in effect from 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM through July 22; exceptions are for emergencies.

One block from the beach and right on Ashford Avenue, close to many restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The Condo has great amenities such as pool, gym and a laundromat. Apartment is super cozy and has both ocean and city view. It's all about Location, Location Location!
It is a unique space because it is in the 14th floor of the building and it is a cool, comfortable and cozy apartment with amazing views! Plus, all of the apartment has beautiful wood floors and it is decorated to make you feel right at home. Please note that we are in the process of making the space better for our guests, and furniture might have changed but for the better!

Pets Not Allowed CANCELLATIONS:
A 60 day Notice of Cancellation is required on all bookings to avoid any balance due charges. After the 60th day prior to check in, 20% of the booking is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be fully refunded. After the 30th day prior to check in, there are no refunds. In all cases the administration fee will not be refunded should the booking be cancelled for any reason. For reservations that exceed 60 nights in duration, the booking may be cancelled after the reservation has begun by providing 60 day notice of intent to vacate the home. Any monies paid in advance for nights paid beyond the notice period will be fully refunded. There is no refund for early departures, no shows,bad weather, late arrival or departures. Only the guest named on the rental agreement may cancel reservations and it must be in writing or via email. VL cannot refund any amount of your stay for circumstances outside of our control such as, Acts of God, severe weather conditions, failure of public utilities, mechanical or appliance failures, wifi failures, etc. No reservations may be changed or shortened under the same rules as stated above.
If there is a verified government restriction on travel from the guests’ origin of travel or the destination of travel, all booking amounts, including tax and fees may be moved to a new booking within 12 months at no charge. In the event the home is unavailable because of property sale, fire, mandatory evacuation, eminent domain , holdover of prior guest or act of nature, or if the home is unavailable because of construction delays or because of lack of utilities, our Rental Agreement states that you agree that VL’s sole liability, as a result of any of these conditions, is a full refund of all payments received from you. You expressly acknowledge that in no event shall VL be held liable for any sequential or secondary damages, including but not limited to relocation or additional travel expenses or for any other loss. Travel/Cancellation Insurance is HIGHLY recommended and is available for an additional cost. To minimize these charges, please notify us as soon as possible if there are any changes to your plans.

"Amazing Location
I had an amazing stay. The rental was clean and came with towels, bedding, etc. The Security staff was friendly. And the walk to the beach was very short. I would stay here again. However, only 1 elevator was working during my stay so that caused longer wait times. "

Our contact Marie Claire was very responsive and always available to help. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The bed is confortable and they are using quality linen. The view of the city and Atlantic from the balcony is very nice. If you are a light sleeper, if is a busy and very active area of the city. A good value price/quality.
