Reservation cancellation policies: In the event of cancellation of any stay during any dates, customers may receive a full credit on money paid towards a stay in the same property reserved. The guest will have one year from the scheduled arrival date to use the credit towards a stay in the same property at the then applicable rates and availability. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the guests' arrival date, HRG will keep all funds paid and the guest will not be allowed to reschedule the reservation. Under certain circumstances, HRG may decide to credit the guest all or part of the money paid towards a future reservation.

"Awesome Business Trip
Went down with 4 clients and all stayed in the condo. The condo was the perfect size - big deck overlooking the water, full kitchen, 2 baths, 3 BR & a living room. There was a daily maid service, which was badly needed since we were a bunch of slobs.
We rented a 6-person golf cart, which I highly recommend. We were approximately 2 miles away from the marina.
I feel as though this was the quiet side of the property. There was a pool and hot tub right outside the front door, but not many people around. If you want a little more action and would like to be able to walk to the beach club, then I would recommend staying on the other side. I would recommend this side for a little more peace and quiet or if you are traveling with kids. "

Our stay at the Bay Residence Los Suenos resort was fabulous. The condo was beautifully decorated, great location and immaculately clean. Having access to the Beach Club amenities was a huge plus. The entire Los Suenos resort was impeccable - from the grounds to the restaurants and of course, everyone who work for the resort. It was a great way to wind down our last 5 nights in Costa Rica. Easy access to many areas / activities too."
